Ingredients

    To Be Mixed and Kneaded Into A Dough
  • 250 gmsplain flour (maida)
  • 75 gmswhjole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • 1/2 tsp cheese powder
  • 3 tbspgrated processed cheese
  • 3 tbspghee
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • oil for deep frying

Directions


    • Step 1
      Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls.

    • Step 2
      Roll out each ball into 1/8" thick roti.

    • Step 3
      Cut this roti to desired shapes (heart,square,diamonds,kaju shaped) with the cookie cutter.

    • Step 4
      Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry these on slow flame so that the kharaparas are cooked properly.

    • Step 5
      Drain on tissue paper and store in an air-tight container.
